Our aerobics room situated on the 3rd floor its comfortable from the moment you walk in, with natural light, large open space and floor to ceiling mirrors there is room to move around while still being closely observed but the instructors.
With classes in the morning, two over lunch and two in the evenings most days, there is ample space for you to fit these options into your daily schedule. We have a wide range of classes at all levels at times designed to fit into your lifestyle and schedule with more in the pipeline.

Hatha Yoga is a physical method that uses the breath to link the various parts of the body and the mind producing one functional unit.
Iyengar Yoga concentrates on curative asanas for various diseases and physical ailments. Time is taken developing each pose for each individual with the use of yoga props.
Power Yoga brings together posture & breath to transform your body, mind & spirit. Power yoga is challenging, but can be modified to suit any level. Be prepared to work & have fun.
Taut is a toning & strength class focusing on the abs, butt & thighs.
Burn & Tone is a combination of interval & cross training exercises that are designed to tone/sculpt the body and burn fat.
Stretch highlights the importance of stretching as part of your exercise repertoire. Stretch helps promote blood flow around the body leaving you feeling rested and rejuvenated.
Blitz is our own class of weight lifting to music promoting muscle tone and fat loss. Great introduction to weights. It’s fun & suitable for everyone.
Step is great for fat and butt burning without getting lost. A great work out for all fitness levels.
Aerobox is a boxing styled conditioning class that will achieve an effective overall workout. Full of variety & lots of fun.
Pilates concentrates on abdominal, lower back and overall core stability. Great for improving strength and flexibility.
